Suction of surfaces
Coynco, since the beginning, has had the goal of solving the biggest problem related to industrial vacuuming, fine dust!
Fine dust is the most difficult to suck up as it has the ability to clog the filters very quickly and consequently significantly reduce the suction performance.
Therefore, Coynco has spent years in research and development of the design of effective filtering systems for the suction of fine and very fine dust, dedicating attention even on the smallest details.
From the very first models Coynco was a pioneer in the introduction of cartridge filters in industrial vacuum cleaners, at that time, still scarcely used and considered, in favor of the classic filters made of polyester.
Polished concrete was the main subject of the various tests to analyze the effectiveness of continuously evolving filter systems.
The desired result was to have the least possible clogging of the filter after the aspiration of a certain amount of dust and consequently, an effective system for cleaning the filters.
A filter cleaning system was therefore developed that would allow continuous suction of dust, without interruptions, so to be able to keep the filters always clean.
This filter cleaning system is available on all models called ICLEAN.
In the treatment of surfaces, much importance is often given to machinery such as sanders, scarifiers, or shot peening machines and tools used for removing or smoothing the surface, putting the industrial vacuum cleaner in the background.
Instead, it would be advisable to place the aspirator on the same level of importance as the other machinery, as the aspirator allows:

Dust-free environment
The dust deriving from the polishing of the surfaces are dangerous for the health of the operators as they contain microsilicates, in the case of cement. The polished materials, be they concrete, marble, metals, resins have a very fine grain size and are inhaled by the operator if not properly aspirated at the source.
HEPA filter systems must be used to be able to suck up 99.995% of dust and to ensure an optimal and certified professional cleaning result.
Safe disposal of vacuumed dust
The LONGOPAC® continuous bag system allows the bagging of fine and dry powder, creating bags of variable dimensions and weight, to then be able to seal and conveniently dispose of them in absolute safety.
