The PRO LINE models designed for the suction of dust or solids are built to meet the needs of heavy use and therefore offer extreme robustness and intrinsic efficacy to the specific use for which they are designed. Since they are machines with special technical features, they are very specific, mainly for the suction of dust.<br><br><b>Tangential entrance:&nbsp; </b><br><br>The tangential entry allows the aspirated materials to enter with greater speed, favoring the cyclonic effect and therefore increasing the separation of dust from the filter, reducing clogging.&nbsp;<br><br><b>Semi-automatic filter cleaning with pneumatic-mechanical piston</b> &nbsp;<br><br>The cleaning of the filters is entrusted to a patented system which by inversion of the air flow activates a pneumatic-mechanical piston, making the cleaning of the filters themselves effective and extremely rapid. The cleaning action can be controlled by the operator thanks to a lever positioned on the head of the aspirator.&nbsp;<br><br><b>Filtration</b> <br> <br>The primary filters fitted as standard are in class M cartridge polyester, with an aluminized layer whose property is to make the filter conductive, a characteristic necessary for the discharge of electrostatic current. The search for a smooth surface also allows the dust to slide off thanks to the vibrations created by a pneumatic-mechanical piston, which perfectly cleans the filter, guaranteeing constant suction performance. Filtration can be increased in class with the use of two secondary HEPA filters that ensure an efficiency of 99.995% of powders with 0.3 μ Microns granulometers.<br><br><b>Patented cyclone for reduced clogging &nbsp;</b><br><br>The special finned slots formed in the upper part of the protection ensure a balanced flow of the sucked air and therefore low speed in the lower part, so as to prevent the dust descending towards the container and the one already deposited from being moved and sucked on the filter.<br>
