In all situations where there is a risk of aspiration of any incandescent debris from furnaces, Coynco can offer different solutions, including vacuum cleaners with a special filter system already integrated and vacuum cleaners with special water separators able to aspirate debris without risk.

Our models that provide the use of filters suitable for the suction of high temperature materials are made of polyester and are able to withstand a possible direct contact of small incandescent debris.
The surface of this filtration system is specially designed and treated for safe extraction of high temperature powders, ensuring safety up to 200 ºC.

Alternatively, there is the possibility of sucking the incandescent materials through specific separators, which allow incandescent debris to be immersed in baths, resulting in instantaneous cooling and subsequent filtration of finer particles by means of the primary suction filter.
